    Gunmen kill seven in fresh Plateau attack

    Gunmen on Tuesday killed seven persons in a fresh attack on Bokkos local government area of Plateau State.

    The Special Adviser on Security for the Governor, Brig-Gen. Gagji Shipi (retd), confirmed the incident to journalists on Wednesday in Jos.

    He said several people were seriously wounded in the attack.

    The governor’s aide expressed regret the attack occured after a period of relative peace in the state.
