    President Tinubu to address Nigerians on 64th independence anniversary

    President Bola Tinubu will deliver a nationwide address on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at 7 am, as part of the celebrations for Nigeria’s 64th Independence Anniversary.

    The announcement was made by Bayo Onanuga, the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, in a statement issued on Monday.

    The statement, titled “October 1st 2024 Independence Day: President Tinubu addresses the nation,” outlines the significance of the broadcast.

    Onanuga also encouraged television and radio stations, as well as other electronic media outlets, to connect to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria to air the address.
