The lawyer representing American music mogul Sean Puffy Combs popularly known in music circles as Puff Daddy has declared that his client cannot wait to testify in court.

 Marc Agnifilo, Diddy’s lawyer, who will be featured in the upcoming Tubi documentary “The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment” from TMZ Studios stated on Wednesday that there’s no one better to defend Diddy than Diddy himself.

‘‘It’s a risky move … Diddy’s going to be able to tell his side of things, but he’s also going to be cross-examined … and obvious topics include the Cassie beating video, the famous “freak off” parties and accusations he blew up a car belonging to one of Cassie’s exes.’’ He said.

Agnifilo’s comments come a day after a shocking new lawsuit claims that Puff Daddy and his former bodyguard drugged, handcuffed, and severely r@ped a lady identified as Graves in 2001. The suit further claimed that he filmed the crime and showed it to others.

In court documents submitted on Tuesday, September 24, Graves claimed that Combs and his ex-bodyguard Joseph Sherman had “mercilessly r@ped” her when she was in the Manhattan Bad Boy Records studio.

The lawsuit claims that after luring the 25-year-old Graves, who was dating one of Combs’ staff members, into the studio, the two men offered her a drink that was “probably laced with a drug,” which momentarily knocked her out.

According to court documents, Graves awoke to find herself “bound and restrained” by Combs and Sherman, who disregarded her pleas for assistance while they “mercilessly” r@ped her.

The lawsuit, filed in Manhattan federal court, claims that Graves, who now resides in Texas, was afraid Combs would use his influence as a hip-hop industry kingmaker to “ruin her life” and so never reported the heinous attack to the authorities.
