Man 35, Arraigned for Defiling 13 year old female teenager

On 10th of September, 2024 at about 1300hrs, the above mentioned case was transferred from Elemoro Police Division to Gender unit of the Lagos State Police command Ikeja.

Case was reported by one Samuel ‘m’ on behalf of his daughter one ‘f’ aged 13yrs, against one Godwin Peter Femi ‘m’ aged 35yrs all of Adeba Ibeju Lekki Lagos.

The complainant alleged that the suspect has been having forceful carnal knowledge of the survivor since June 2024. He stated further that on the 30/6/2026 his daughter the survivor withdraw the sum of #20000, from his account with his ATM card without his consent, and it was when a missing phone was traced to her, she then confessed that it was the suspect who gave it to her and that she gave the mentioned #20000 to the suspect when he threatened to kill her if she tells anyone that he defiled her.
