As Anambra State looks forward to November, 2025 election, a community leader, Amb John Chukwudi Metchie has attributed the alignment and unifying of Anambra eggheads to support the Governor despite party affiliations, to Governor Soludo’s transformational leadership in the State.
The community leader, who is also the President General of Umueri and ASATU Traditional Prime Minister, in his philosophical ‘Ife Omambala Chat Series’ re-echoed the events that followed the third anniversary town hall meetings of Governor Soludo in office.
Stating that the truth is being told, Metchie commended the leaders of thought and political elites of Anambra for rallying together to support Soludo to continue his intentional and transformational leadership in the State.
Metchie, the Ezi Umueri and Ife Omambala averred that “our team followed Mr. Governor’s entourage to Lagos and Abuja on his account of stewardship and reportage of his 3 Years of Intentional and Transformational Leadership in Anambra State.
“During the Town hall meetings, great testimonials came from those who should know after Prof. Chukwuma Soludo made telegraphic presentations of the various developmental strides and milestone achievements in the State.
“The Truth was variously told by the eggheads, who spoke the minds of Ndi Anambra irrespective of party lines or denominational affinity.
“Dr. Chris Nwabueze Ngige, OON, Onwa, former Governor of Anambra State, an APC Chieftain, erased party boundaries completely when he affirmed that he had set the pace for development in the State, but Soludo is now building on it and doing more, surpassing what he did as then Governor.
“Addressing Mr. Governor on continuity, Dr. Ngige stated: “Odenigbo, Carry Go! You are doing well”.
“Affirming that there is no vacancy in Anambra State’s Government House, a Chieftain of the PDP, Chief Olisa Metuh, also defied party lines to urge those wanting to contest the election with Prof. Soludo to apply their resources to other needs of the Anambra people.
“Metuh pointed out the great transformation of Ogboko, one of Nigeria’s greatest urban slums in Anambra North Senatorial District; completing an ultra modern General Hospital and other facilities in the former notorious urban slum.
“Adopting Soludo for another 4-year term, he stated that the reward of hardwork is more work.
“In his own speech, Chief Emeka Offor, averred that everybody will not be Governor and called on all Anambra people to give Governor Soludo support to fulfill the African Dubai-Taiwan Silicon Valley developmental targets for Anambra State.
“Generally, it was clear even to the blind that Mr. Governor is steadily and continuously advancing towards the African Dubai-Taiwan Silicon Valley target for Anambra through broad based development going on simultaneously in all sectors.
“Anambra needs the Solution Magic for another 4-year term for consolidation,” concluded the community leader, who further stated that the truth has been told, “maka na eziokwu bu Ndu!”
